You make the list in your notes app. You remember the couch and forget the mop, the bathroom trash can and the drying rack.

23 essentials missing
Build one now
Two questions, and the list answers right away.
These are the real app’s numbers, for a place starting from scratch. In the app you tell it the rest: what you already own, the weather and how much you can spend.
117 items on the list
60 of them essential, starting from scratch
Left to spend on essentials $2,465 to $6,461
General: Broom and dustpan · Mop and floor cloths · All-purpose cleaner, disinfectant and bleach…
What happens today
The new-place list lives in your head. And your head forgets the mop.
Family asks what to give. Two blenders show up and not a single pot.
Every store shows a price, and nobody knows what the whole place will cost.
The first night comes and there’s no bedroom curtain and no toilet paper.
In 39 seconds
From a notes app to a home that’s ready.
Comparing
Against what you already use.
Your notes app doesn’t know what your place needs. A store registry only knows what that store sells.
| What changes | Notes app or spreadsheet | Store gift registry | Casamy |
|---|---|---|---|
| What to buy | whatever you remember | that store’s catalog | built for your place, room by room |
| What you already own | you cross it out | the store doesn’t know | drops off the shopping list with one tap |
| What it will cost | you add it up | item by item | a price range per room, and the total |
| Who gives what | a group chat | only what the store sells | one link: everyone claims, nobody doubles up |
| Living together | one file, two versions | a single account | the same place on each phone |
On your phone
What’s missing, room by room, at a glance.
Home opens on what matters: how many essentials are missing, how much is left to spend and each room in its own color. Tap a room to open its list, and one tap marks what arrived.
What family claimed shows up in amber, with the name of who’s giving it. Nobody buys the same gift twice.

The whole place, from forks to the couch, through your first week.
A list that keeps up with you
Mark what you own and what arrived with one tap. The missing essentials always stay on top.
The family link
Family opens it in the browser, no download, and claims what they’ll give. First to claim gets it, so nobody doubles up.
The budget by room
How much is left to spend in each room and overall, and how much is already spent. If the essentials go over your cap, Home tells you.
Nia
Ask what you need for the first night or what can wait. She answers with your list and only changes what you tap.

Questions
What people usually ask.
No. The questions and the finished list are free: you see your place laid out before you decide. To use it (checking things off, sending the link, talking to Nia), there’s a 3-day free trial and then the plan you choose.
No. The link opens in the browser on any phone. They pick what they’ll give and claim it with just their name; a phone number is optional. Only the people who look after the list see who claimed what.
Yes. The list changes with who lives there, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, your city’s weather, pets, who works from home and what you already own. A studio for one comes out with 109 items; a three-bedroom family home, with 150.
Every item has a range, from budget to mid-range, researched in 2026 stores. It’s an estimate: what counts is the price you log when you buy, and the budget adjusts.
iPhone only for now. The family link works on any phone.
In iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions, or from Account in the app. Billing is handled by the App Store: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you’re not charged.
Nia is the app’s assistant. She reads your place’s list to answer and suggests changes, which only apply when you tap them. Names and contacts of people who claimed gifts are never sent to her.
